WorkHub replaces the separate tools most serviced offices run — a maintenance system, a booking system, a CRM and a finance bridge — with one platform sharing one set of data. That sharing is the point: a ticket knows which tenant raised it, that tenant knows which office they lease, and that lease knows what it should be invoiced for.
The modules
- Service Desk — maintenance tickets, contractor dispatch, response and resolution targets, and the tenant self-service portal
- Bookings — meeting rooms and desks, with separate tenant, external and internal rates
- Contacts — your CRM: people, companies, contractors and the history of every interaction
- Lifecycle — tenancy contracts, witnessed signing, renewals, notice and deposits
- Finance — invoices, expenses and two-way Xero sync
- Operations Hub — recurring maintenance, housekeeping and compliance certificates
- Keys — the key register and its audit trail
- Dashboard — cross-module KPIs
Set your floors first
Almost everything in WorkHub is organised by floor — offices, rooms, tickets, housekeeping, maintenance and tenancy documents. Setting up your building floors before anything else saves re-doing work later.
Not built yet
Visitors and Telephony appear in the menu but are placeholders describing what's planned — they aren't working features. Both are on the public roadmap, where you can vote on them. We'd rather tell you that here than have you discover it mid-setup.
Finding your way around
The left-hand navigation lists the modules you have access to. What you see depends on your role *and* on the module access set for you individually — so if something you expect is missing, it's a permission rather than a bug. Ask whoever administers your workspace.
