What tenants can do without ringing you
- Raise a maintenance request and follow it through to resolution
- Book a meeting room at their tenant rate, against live availability
- See their invoices and what is outstanding
- Keep their own contact details current
Every one of those is a call or an email that no longer arrives at the front desk. The portal is the single fastest way to reduce the queue at reception.
Your brand, not ours
On Professional, white-label branding is included rather than sold as an add-on:
- Your logo across the portal and the app
- Your colours
- Your domain
- Your sender address on outbound email
A tenant raising a ticket sees your building's name on the screen. Nothing tells them which platform you bought.
This is the difference between Starter and Professional worth being clear about: white-label is on Professional and above. Starter is otherwise the same eight modules.
On a phone, properly
The portal installs to a phone home screen as a progressive web app — an icon like any other app, no app store, no download, no separate build for iOS and Android.
Installed, it supports push notifications, so a tenant knows their ticket has been picked up without opening anything.
Access without an extra login for you to manage
Add a person as a contact against their company and invite them. Tenants only ever see the portal — never the dashboard, and never another tenant's anything.
What they see on a ticket
The ticket, its status and the replies on the thread. Whether they also see internal assignment entries is your choice, set once for the whole workspace. Off keeps internal ownership internal while still showing tenants their issue is moving.
Your team on the same app
The same installed app serves your staff, with what they see driven by their role. A cleaner works through their round and their own tickets from their phone as they move through the building; a manager sees the whole operation.
Maintenance does not happen at a desk, which is the entire reason this is not a desktop-only product.
Getting tenants using it
Send the invitation with the first ticket you resolve through it. A tenant who has seen it work once stops emailing.
Where this fits
The portal is how tenants meet the rest of the platform — the CRM, maintenance and room bookings behind it. For the whole picture, see coworking or business centre operations.
