How to reach us

  • Email — the fastest route for most things, and it creates a ticket automatically so nothing gets lost.
  • In-app — the help link inside WorkHub sends context along with your message, which saves a round trip.
  • Priority chat — Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • Your account manager — Enterprise.

Response targets are on the Help & Support page.

What to include

The difference between a same-day fix and three days of back-and-forth is usually detail:

  1. What you were doing — the page, and the steps you took.
  2. What you expected to happen.
  3. What happened instead — the exact error text if there was one.
  4. A screenshot. Nearly always the most useful single thing.
  5. Who it affects — just you, everyone, or one tenant.
  6. When it started, and whether it worked before.

What counts as urgent

We treat something as urgent when it stops the building running: nobody can sign in, tickets can't be raised, payments are failing. A cosmetic problem or a question about how something works is normal priority, even when it's annoying.

If it's urgent, say so and say why — it routes differently.

Feature requests

Those go on the public roadmap rather than into a support queue. Post the idea, and other operators vote on it. We genuinely use those votes to order the work, and you can see where your suggestion got to.

Something that isn't a bug

If WorkHub is doing what it was built to do but that isn't what you need, that's still worth telling us. It's usually either a setting you haven't found, or a real gap — and both are things we want to hear about.
